Melissa Myers

Melissa Dawn Myers, 29-year-old Seminole, Oklahoma resident passed from this life Thursday, October 6, 2011 in Seminole, Oklahoma.  She was born November 4, 1981 in Tucson, Arizona.  She moved to Seminole 12 years ago from Tucson, Arizona. Melissa was a committed worker at Pizza Hut in Seminole for seven years and was currently employed at China City in Seminole.  She was a member of the Lord’s Community Church in Seminole.  Melissa loved hip-hop music and loved to dance.  She was a good girl and everyone loved her. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:30 p.m., Monday, October 10, 2011 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole with Jimmy and Nita Moreland officiating the service.  Interment will follow at Little Cemetery. Casket bearers will be: Ryan Hoselton, B.J. Jenkins, Matt Buresh, Josh Torres, Adam Regian and Richard Myers. Honorary bearers will be: James Regian and James Myers. Melissa leaves to cherish her memory her mother and step-father, Patty Myers and Roger Torres of Seminole, Oklahoma; father, Jimmy Myers of Houston, Arkansas; two brothers, James Myers of Houston, Arkansas and Josh Torres of Seminole, Oklahoma; four sisters and a brother-in-law, Julie Myers of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Valerie and her husband Ralph Chiappetta of Gilbert, Arizona; Jamie Myers of Atlanta, Texas and Ashleigh Torres of Seminole, Oklahoma; maternal grandfather, Larry Hoselton of Tucson, Arizona; two aunts, Dotty Hoselton and Beth Jenkins both of Seminole, Oklahoma; two uncles, Bert Hoselton and Casey Hoselton both of Seminole, Oklahoma; special cousins, Mathew Buresh, Ryan Hoselton, B.J. Jenkins, Alena Jenkins, Tyler Hoselton and Kyle Hoselton; nephews, Tristian, Anthony, Andrew and Wyatt; special friend, Keisha Fabre` of Seminole, Oklahoma; a little girl from Pauls Valley who she cherished, Alyssa Cowell; and a host of other family and dear friends. Melissa is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Harriet Hoselton who died February 17, 2009.
