Maxine Myers

Maxine Marie Myers, age 86, died Wednesday, April 30, 2008 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Maxine was born July 17, 1921 in Downs, Kansas to Charlie and Daisy (Larson) McConnell. Maxine married Lee Myers in 1947 and they were married over 50 years. Lee passed away September 1, 1998.rnMaxine moved to Seminole in the late 1960's. She worked for the City of Seminole, delivering meals for Senior Citizens and drove the Senior's Bus, for them to run errands and take them to the Heritage House. rnrnShe is survived by her daughter Barbara Hanson of Seminole, Oklahoma and Step-daughter Reba Yeksevich. One brother Kenneth McConnell and wife Jeanette of Arizona. 9 Grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.rnrnCremation Memorial Graveside services will be held Monday, May 5, 2008 at 10:30 A.M.rnservices will held at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens east of Seminole on Hwy 270 East.rnRev.
