Mary Lynn (Tillman) Waldron-Armstrong

Mary Lynn (Tillman) Waldron-Armstrong, age 66 and a resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away from this life on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 23, 2012 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Konawa.  Rev. Ed Bray, Pastor of Cross Timbers Church in Konawa will officiate.  Pallbearers are Tim Sanders, Johnny Sires, Woodie Hurt, Ron Moore, Darrell Armstrong, and Frank Lopez.  Honorary pallbearers are John Sires, Jacob Hurt, Timothy Sanders, Blaine Armstrong, Dallas Armstrong, Tomas Lopez, Denim Sanders, and Trace Sanders. Mary was born on March 1, 1946 in Pampa, Texas to James Tillman and Betty (Irby) Myatt.  She graduated from Western Heights High School in Oklahoma City and retired as a seamstress for Wrangler in Seminole, Oklahoma.  She enjoyed fishing, gardening, playing penny lanes at the casinos, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Billy Joe Armstrong of the home; one son, Darrell Armstrong of Crowley, Texas; five daughters, Jamie Sires of Dale, Oklahoma, Jana Hurt of Mounds, Oklahoma, Jalonna Moore of Konawa, Sebrina Sanders of Konawa, and Michelle Lopez of Tecumseh, Oklahoma; five brothers, James Tillman of Atlanta Georgia, Edd Myatt of Konawa, Danny Tillman of Washington, Don Tillman of Konawa and Eddie Tillman, also of Konawa; two sisters, Margaret Tillman of Norman, Oklahoma and Shirley Akins of Chickasha, Oklahoma; sixteen grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Tillman and Betty Myatt; one grandson, Montana Moore; one brother, one sister, and step-father, Carl Myatt.
