rn Mary Louise (Cully) Tiger, age 73 years, 11 months, and 16 days, was born on August 12, 1934 in Sasakwa, OK to Sam and Eunice (Bear) Cully. rnrn At the age of 73, she peacefully went to be with the Lord on July 28, 2008 in the care of the Pioneer Nursing Home in Seminole, OK. Mary served the Lord, her family, friends and the community in many ways such as singing and her involvement with the church as a Sunday School Teacher telling others about God and His Word. She showed compassion by helping others in need and by defending all of those who she loved and those who could not defend themselves.rnrn She retired as Director of the Seminole Nation Food Distribution Program after working there for many years. Mary was also a bilingual teacher at the Sasakwa school before she transferred to the Konawa Public School system to work as a reading instructor. She attended Rock Spring Baptist Church in Sasakwa and enjoyed going to other churches for fellowship, praise and worship of the word.rnrn Mary was a member of Rewalke Band and served as a general council member of the Seminole Nation.rn rn She is survived by one daughter, Debra Tiger of Konawa, OK; one son, Glen Tiger of Seminole, OK; three brothers, Harris Cully and Joe Cully of Konawa, OK, and Leroy Cully of Spencer, OK; two sisters, Joyce Cully of Konawa, OK and Leona Chosa of Albuquerque, NM; nine grandchildren, George William Tiger, III, Sam Dean Tiger, Jennifer Dawn Tiger, Tiffany, Toni, Robby, Jimsey, Tisha, and B.J. Tiger; and fourteen great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends who will all greatly miss her.rntt She is preceded in death by her first husband, Sexton Amos, and her second husband, George William Tiger, Sr.; her parents, Sam and Eunice Cully, two sisters, Lana Cully and Edith Coody; one son, Teddy Amos, three step-sons, Clifford, George, Jr. and Allen Tiger; one grandson, Teddy Amos, Jr.; and one great grandson, Cem-se Harjo-Tiger.rnrn Pallbearers are Mark Jimboy, Grant Cotanny, Charles Amos, Jr., James Jimboy, Robby ?Big Boi?
