Mary Lou Caudle

Mary Lou (Smith) Caudle a lifelong resident of St. Louis, Oklahoma, passed away, Monday, January 28, 2019 at St. Anthony Hospital in Shawnee, Oklahoma at the age of 94. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, February 1, 2019 at 2:00 P.M., at the Trinity Baptist Church in Maud, Oklahoma, with Glenn Williams officiating at the service. Burial will follow at Cummings Cemetery in Maud, Oklahoma. Mary was born on March 27, 1924 near St. Louis, Oklahoma to Garrett Earnest Smith and Dosha (Patrick) Smith. Mary married Frank Caudle in September of 1944, and settled in St. Louis, Oklahoma. Mary was a full time housewife and mother. She loved cooking, sewing, gardening and spending time with her family. She is survived by her brother; Coy Smith and his wife Inge Smith, her son Tony Caudle and his wife Karen Caudle of Seminole, Oklahoma and her daughter Cindy Jones and her husband Kevin Jones of Bethel, Oklahoma, her grandsons; Brennen Jones, Tracy Caudle and his wife Corrie Caudle, Travis Caudle and his wife, Jessica Caudle, Eric Bolin and his wife Leighann Bolin, granddaughters; April Deere and Geneva Tate, great grandchildren; Hayden Caudle, Reid Caudle, Rhyella Stanfill, Abigail Bolin, Gracie Bolin, Ashliegh Tate, Bryn Deere, Mikiah Deere, Cash Graham, Casey Graham, Tyler Brown, great great grandchildren; Jayce Graham, Ka’miah Crawford, and a multitude of other family and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her father Garrett Smith, her mother Dosha Smith, her husband Frank Caudle, brother Charles Smith, sister Christine Allen and brother Andrew Smith. Casket bearers will be Tracy Caudle, Travis Caudle, Brennen Jones, Eric Bolin, Patrick Smith and Josh Williams. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
