Mary Lee Brewer

Lifelong Seminole resident, Mary Lee (Hedrick) Brewer went to be with her Lord on Monday, January 24, 2011 in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  Mary was born to Frank William and Lois Kelly (Slaughter) Hedrick on November 14, 1941 in Maud, Oklahoma. On October 2, 1959 Mary and Raymond Gale Brewer were married in Ada, Oklahoma; he preceded her in death on May 4, 1995.  Mary was a homemaker and a member of Lord’s Lighthouse Church. Mary leaves to cherish her memory 4 sons, Dennis Brewer, David Brewer and Timmy Brewer all of Seminole, Oklahoma as well as Tony Brewer of Shawnee; 2 sisters, Rachel Hale of Maud, Oklahoma and Virgie Cullum of Seminole, Oklahoma; 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, parents and 3 brothers, Raymond Taylor, Alfred Pierce and Charley Pierce and one sister, Dolly Blackwell. Services are scheduled for 10:30, Friday, January 28, 2011 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Rev. Don Wheeler officiating.  Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, Seminole, Oklahoma.  Pallbearers will be: Jeremy Brewer, Dennis Brewer Jr., Anthony Brewer, Chad Brewer, Chris Brewer and Jody Wilson.
