Longtime Seminole resident, Martha Kay "Gussy" Sherwood, passed away, Tuesday, June 20, 2006 in Ada, Oklahoma at the age of 50. She was born in Seminole, Oklahoma on August 31, 1955 to Albert and Bertha (Douglas) Sherwood.rnrnShe was a certified nurses aide and a graduate of Tecumseh High School. rnrnShe is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law; Ed and Vickie Sherwood of Shawnee, Oklahoma, and Dwayne and Barbara Culley of Harrah, Oklahoma. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.rnrnShe is preceded in death by her parents, and two sisters; Shirley Cully and Ruby Biaze.rnrnFuneral Services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Friday, June 23, 2006 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joseph Factor officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole, Oklahoma.rnrnPallbeares will be; John Coker, Dustin Sherwood, P. J.
