Martha Ann Johnson

Martha Ann Johnson of Seminole passed away on Friday, August 13, 2021, at the age of 84.

Martha, the daughter of William Cecil and Viola (Wilson) Cartwright, was born November 25, 1936, in Heavener, Oklahoma.  Martha married Clarence Edward Johnson, May 20, 1954, in Tempe, Arizona.  Martha enjoyed gardening and sewing; she loved her dog, she loved her church, and she loved her church family; but nothing was as important to her as her family and her time spent with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Michael Johnson; a great granddaughter, Athena Roina; a great grandson, Rilie Johnson; and a brother and a sister.

Martha is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Ray Don and Alena Johnson of Dardanelle Arkansas, and Alan and Denise Johnson, of Dardanelle Arkansas; daughters, Teresa Horton of Seminole and Brenda Johnson of Seminole; grandchildren, KaCee Roina and husband Brian, Kayo Johnson and wife Kaylynn, Eric Laffoon and wife Danielle, Alissa Johnson, Lance Johnson, Eric Johnson, Shawn Johnson and wife Brittany, Latasha Johnson, David Johnson and wife Krystail,  Michael Johnson, Keith Johnson and Chantel Johnson; 25 great grandchildren and more to come, daughter-in-law, Teth Johnson and many other family and friends.

The Johnson family will be available for visitation Monday, August 16 from 6:00 P.M.~7:00 P.M.

Services will be Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 10:00 AM, at the Swearingen Funeral Chapel in Seminole, with Jeff Nance officiating.  Interment will follow at Little Cemetery. Pall bearers will be Michael Johnson, Eric Laffoon, Shawn Johnson, David Johnson, Kayo Johnson, and Brian Roina.  Honorary pallbearers will be Steve and Paula, and Keith Johnson.
