Mark Anthony Little

Mark Anthony Little, 38 year old lifelong Shawnee, Oklahoma resident, passed from this life on Monday, August 27, 2018 in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  He was born August 24, 1980 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to parents Clifford Lee Little and Maeadia Jean (Wolfe) Gilcrease. Mark attended both Shawnee and Tecumseh public schools.  He was a member of the Absentee Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma and was also an OSU fan.  Mark enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.  He always loved to keep people laughing. Mark is survived by his mother, Maeadia Gilcrease and her husband, Robert Gilcrease Sr. of Shawnee, Oklahoma, by one son, Anthony Ray Little of Calvin, Oklahoma, by one daughter, Shea Alexis Little of Calvin, Oklahoma.  Mark is also survived by two brothers, Ben Little and his wife Elsie Little of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Robert Gilcrease Jr. of Buffalo, New York, by two sisters, Dee Ann Little of Shawnee, Oklahoma, and Kari Gilcrease of Buffalo, New York.  Other survivors include one nephew, Solomon Blanchard of Shawnee, Oklahoma, and one niece, Kristin Little of Shawnee, Oklahoma.  He is also survived by a host of other family and dear friends. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Lee Little who died February 3, 2013. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Dr. Emerson Falls and Rev. Ben Little officiating the service.  Mark will be laid to rest by his father at Little Cemetery. Casket Bearers will be: Richard Wolfe Sr., Josh Breeding, Thad Breeding, Sean Breeding, Ronnie VanWinkle and Joel Spoon.
