Mark Gurley

Mark Allen Gurley, 54, former Seminole area resident , now of Ponca City, Oklahoma died , Sunday May 4, 2014 at his home. Mark was born November 5, 1959 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Roy Evert and Margaret LaDawn (Langston) Gurley. Mark was a former roughneck in the area oilfields and lived in Seminole County most of his life. Mark is survived by three brothers Bill Gurley of Michigan,David Gurley  of Wewoka, Oklahoma and Mike Gurley of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Two Aunts Pauline Patterson and Esteene Scott both of Seminole, Oklahoma.   He was preceded in death by his wife Janet and his parents.   Services  will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday May 7, 2014 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel.   Funeral services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
