Mark Allen Carr “Big Iron”, 67-year-old Bowlegs, Oklahoma resident, passed away due to a lengthy illness Saturday, March 30, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mark was born December 24, 1951 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to parents Billy John Carr and Dorsalene “Honey” Upton Carr. Mark married Marsha Carlene (Prescott) Carr on August 5, 1976. Mark worked in the oil field for over 40 years. His hobbies included camping and fishing. Mark is survived by his wife of 42 years, Marsha Carr; children; Jennifer Carr of Seminole, OK, Billy Carr and wife Jessica of Bowlegs, OK, Tiffany Burns and husband Brandon of Bowlegs, OK, and David Carr of Florida, brother; Steve Carr of Cartwright, OK and grandchildren; Aryana Carr, Logan Carr, Delaney Carr and Hunter Poland. He is also survived by a host of family and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, Billy John and Honey Carr, brother; Gary Carr and sister Susan King.
