Margaret Sue Wasson

Margaret Sue Wasson, Seminole county resident for the past 14 years, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2010 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 60. Margaret was born October 25, 1950 to parents, Alfred E. and Ollie O. Widiger in Chelsea, Oklahoma. She graduated from Chelsea High School and devoted her life as a care giver working at Central Oklahoma Family Medical Center. Margaret was of the Christian faith she was a member of the First Christian Church of Seminole, Oklahoma. Margaret married Jesse R. Wasson, June 20, 1996 who preceded her in death February 2, 2004. Margaret is survived by son, Steven Harris of Seminole, Oklahoma; two daughters, Jasie Parsons of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Shari Welsh of Lindsay, Oklahoma. She is also survived by one sister Becky Jones of Perkins, Oklahoma, one grandson and two granddaughters. Margaret was preceded in death by her father, Alfred E. Widiger, mother Ollie O. Widiger; brother, Ted Widiger; sister, Annette Jean Slaughter and husband, Jesse R. Wasson. A Memorial Service for Margaret will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with  Rev. Glenn Pence officiating.
