Margaret Martin

Margaret Louise (Barrett) Martin, age 61 and a resident of Seminole, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Midwest City Regional Hospital.   A memorial service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 8, 2015 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole.   Margaret was born on November 8, 1953 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Thomas Berkley Barrett and Phylis Marie (Porter) Barrett.  She earned an AA degree in Business Accounting.  She married Dale Eugene Martin on December 15, 1995 at Westgate Freewill Baptist Church in Shawnee, Oklahoma.  He preceded her in death on March 20, 2004.   She is survived by three daughters, Ayla Marshall of Commerce City, Colorado, Magan Barrett of Lafayette, Colorado, and Mariah Martin of Seminole, Oklahoma; her siblings; Kathleen Barrett of Minnesota, Michael Barrett and his wife Linda of San Francisco, California, Pauline Plantin and her husband Jack of Minnesota, Gregory Barrett and his late wife Linda of Minnesota, Steven Barrett and his wife Beth of Oklahoma, Joseph Barrett and his wife Juanita of Minnesota, Theresa Swanson and her husband Jim of Minnesota, and Abigail Barrett and her husband Dan Burton also of Minnesota; three grandchildren, Zachariah Marshall, Matthew Marshall, and Mark Marshall, all of Seminole, Oklahoma.   All Memorial donations should be sent to: Attn:  Margaret Martin family in care of Swearingen Funeral Home, 1001 N.
