Margaret A. Scott

Margaret A. Scott, 74, longtime Seminole resident died Friday, December 23, 2011 at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Margaret was born February 17, 1937 in Bonham, Texas to George Joseph and Opal Jewel Mason. Margaret is survived by a brother Terry Mason of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, three sisters; Melba Gibbs of Mesquite, Texas, Linda Barnes of Seminole, Oklahoma and June Hume of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Two grandchildren; Jerry Garl Scott and Elizabeth Ann Scott also survive her. Her two sons, Ricky Scott and Jerry Wayne Scott, her parents, two brothers Wilbur Mason and Wayne Mason and a sister Peggy Dollarhide, preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with burial following at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole. Rev. Tim Tate will officiate at the service. Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma is in charge of arrangements.
