L.W.  “ Junior “ Williams, 71, longtime Saint Louis, Oklahoma resident, died Tuesday, August 04, 2015 in Tecumseh, Oklahoma. Junior was born January 6, 1944 in Davis, Oklahoma to Luther William and Ethel Cordelia “Delia” (Frost) Williams. Junior was raised in Dougherty, Oklahoma and attended Sulphur High School and graduated from there in 1962. Junior had worked for Guinn Oil Company for many years before he started JCTJ Energy, L.L.C. Oil Company, which will be continued by his family. Junior was part of  the Trinity Baptist Church Family  in Maud, Oklahoma. Junior enjoyed fishing in the Washita River.  He loved to watch Jayse play baseball, and enjoyed family holiday gatherings at his house. Junior also served his country, by serving in the Army National Guard. Junior married Connie ( Ray) Williams on September 21, 1967 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Connie Williams of the home in Saint Louis, Oklahoma, his daughter Theresa Beverage and her husband Greg of Saint Louis, Oklahoma, his grandson Jayse Beverage of Saint Louis, Oklahoma; three brothers Sam Williams, Don Tyson and George Newby and three sisters Mary Jensen, Della Gates and Susie Loehman. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Edith Dehring, Ruby Pinkston, Ona Elkins and his brother, Jerry Williams. Funeral services are planned for 2:00 P.M., Friday, August, 7, 2015 at the Trinity Baptist Church in Maud, Oklahoma with Butch Bradley officiating. Burial will follow at Collins Cemetery in Saint Louis, Oklahoma. Visitation will be held at the Knight-Swearingen Funeral Home in Maud, and the family will have a special family visitation at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Casket bearers will be Greg Beverage, Jayse Beverage, Britt Waltman, Michael Martin, Jason Melot, David Smith and Robert Lowden.
