Lo'ak Ayaan-Xeovanni Grant

Lo’ak Ayaan Xeovanni Grant, age 10 days old, passed away at OU Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City on November 28, 2024.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2024 under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa, Oklahoma. Rev. Drew Isaacs will officiate, and burial will follow at the Cully Family Cemetery. Casket bearers are Amellea Brown, Zaine Brock, and Susan Mitchell.

Baby Lo’ak was born November 18, 2024 at OU Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City to Daphne Nowell Grant. Even though he only lived a short time here on earth, his memory will last a lifetime for his family. He was a precious gift, and he will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his mother, Daphne Grant of the home; two brothers, Zaine Brock of Sasakwa, Oklahoma, and Lane Snodgrass of Seminole, Oklahoma; one sister, Amellea Brown of Ada, Oklahoma; grandmother, Ricquel Cully of Ada; grandmother, “Nana Angie and Papa Nate” of Choctaw, Oklahoma; grandfather, Wade Snodgrass and wife, Wendy of Tecumseh, Oklahoma; and many other family members.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Aiden Jesse, and grandfather, Kevin Grant, known as “Big Red”.
