Longtime Seminole resident Linda Joyce Reed passed away on Monday, July 7, 2008 at home.rn rnShe was born on January 7, 1946 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to William Ted and Velma (Jackson) Springfield. rn rnShe married Joe Reed on April 3, 1999 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. rn rnShe worked for Big Yank, Wrangler and was also self-employed as a Dog Groomer for 17 years.rn rnShe is survived by her husband of the home, Joe Reed, two step-sons: Wade Reed of Salt Lake, Utah and Jon Reed of Dallas, Texas, one step-daughter, LaVonda Reed and her husband Joseph Ludowese of Dallas, Texas, brother, Ted and wife Betty Springfield of Miami, Oklahoma, two sisters, Louise Allen of Edgewood, New Mexico and Evelyn Allen of Wetumka, Oklahoma, two step-grandchildren: Christa and Jason Ludowese. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other family and friends. rn rnHer parents and two brothers, Leroy and Tommy Springfield, precede her in death. rn rnFuneral services are scheduled for 10:30am, Thursday, July 10, 2008 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with Jim and Nita Morland officiating. Interment will follow at Little Cemetery in Little, Oklahoma.rn rnPallbearers will be Ronnie Gamble, Terry Renfro, Brad Shultz, John Flesher, Jim Bost, Ronald Johnson. rn rnHonorary Bearers will be: Roger and Lisa Mills, Jack and Rita Ballew and Harley and Hazel Conatser.rnMessages of condolences may be sent to the family online at www.swearingenfuneralhome.com Funeral Information: July 9, 2008, 10:30 AM
