Lillie Faye (Harrison) Stover, 74 year-old Seminole resident passed from this life on Friday, November 7, 2008 at her home in Seminole surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 29, 1933 in Tryon, Oklahoma to parents Joseph Elmer Harrison and Thelma Mae (Rodman) Harrison.rnrnShe married Dean L. ?Smoky? Stover on May 12, 1979 in Wagoner, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on December 23, 2003.rnrnMrs. Stover was a member of the Seminole First United Methodist Church and a homemaker. She served as past president of the Teacher?s Club, past president of the PAO (Porcelain Artist of Oklahoma). She was also a member of the porcelain clubs in Midwest City, Norman and Purcell. Stover was a member of the State of Oklahoma?s Quilters Guild, the Quilters Guilds in Oklahoma City, McAlester, Shawnee and Seminole. She had also attended Draughn?s Business College.rnrnSurvivors include her loving family; one son and daughter-in-law, Jon & Michelle Holden of Seminole, Oklahoma; one daughter, Sondra Pierce of Seminole, Oklahoma; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Frances & Mike Jackson of Skiatook, Oklahoma and Ida Stubblefield of Tulsa, Oklahoma; three grandchildren, James Pace of Tulsa, Melissa Beasley of Tulsa and Sarah Stout of New York City; five great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.rnrnMrs. Stover is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Buddy Fry; her second husband ?Smoky? Stover and by one grandson, Jonah Brown who died in October 2008.rnrnFuneral Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at the Seminole First United Methodist Church. Rev. Gary Wilburn will officiate the service.
