Lillian Juanita (Housdon) Anderson

March 10, 1925 — July 19, 2015

Lillian Juanita (Housdon) Anderson, age 90 and a resident of Konawa, Oklahoma passed away surrounded by family and friends Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Rose Manor Nursing Center in Shawnee, Oklahoma. A family memorial service will be planned at a later date, and cremation is under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa. Lillian was born March 10, 1925 in St. Louis, Oklahoma to Orlia Housdon and Lucille (Dement) Housdon.  She lived most of her life in Maud, St. Louis, and Konawa.  She married Evert Anderson on September 11, 1942 in Konawa.  Lillian was a member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by one daughter, Glenda Terry of Konawa; grandchildren, Tina Moon of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Karrie Bailey of Maud, Oklahoma, Kristi Ginn of Catoosa, Oklahoma, Lindsey Bailey of Seminole, Oklahoma and Ted Bailey of Colorado; triplet nieces and nephew, Keith Patterson, Karolyn Hannah, and Kathryn Boivin of Arizona, niece Saundra Borisch of Michigan; cousin, Maxine Tolson of Oklahoma City; great grandchildren Eric and Cortney Powell, Britni Ginn, Kenneth Hernandez, Jr., Keisha and Jason Wolf, Alyssa Lindsey, Lakin and Dax Henley, Tazz and En’vee McKee, Tyler and Jackson Moon; and great-great grandchildren, Bryar, Genesis, Lyric, and Liberty. She was preceded in death by her parents, Orlia and Lucille Housdon; her husband of seventy-two years, Evert Anderson; one daughter, Nelda Bailey; one grandson, Steve Moon; the grandparents who raised her, Ella and Sanford Dement; one sister, Reta Patterson; one son-in-law, Jack Terry, one grandson-in-law, Rex Ginn; and niece Shirley Curran. Funeral Information: July 20, 2015, 8:00 AM A memorial service will be planned at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Konawa located at 217 N.
