Funeral services for Konawa resident Leo Amos Alexander, Sr. are scheduled for 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at High Springs Indian Baptist Church in Konawa with Rev. Dorsey Nero and Rev. Houston Tiger officiating. Wake services will be held on Tuesday evening, June 26 at High Springs Indian Baptist Church in Konawa.rnServing as pallbearers will be Herschel Mitchell, Joshua Henson, Jordan Mitchell, Steven Alexander, Blake Alexander and Dillon McClain. rnHonorary bearers will be Kevin Mitchell and Arvel Snow, III.rnInterment will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.rnAlexander, 72 of Konawa, died Saturday, June 23, 2007. He was born September 22, 1934 in Konawa to Julia Factor and Sando Alexander.rnAlexander married Salina Mae Hill in 1955 at First Baptist Church in Konawa. rnHe enjoyed playing and coaching basketball and softball.
