Larkin Monroe Goodrich, longtime Konawa area resident, died Monday, April 21, 2008, at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of 75.rnrnHe was born June 28, 1932 in Konawa to Escar Frank Goodrich & Freda (Pairet) Goodrich. rnrnLarkin married Bonnie (McIntyre) in 1958 in Seminole, OK.rnrnHe worked as a Project Engineer of the US Government Federal Highways Division having retired in 1982. rnrnHe is survived by the mother of his children, Bonnie Goodrich of Oklahoma City; rnrnone son, Kevin Goodrich of Oklahoma City;rnrntwo daughters, Pamela Yohe of Denver, CO and Karen Goodrich of Oklahoma City; rnrnfour brothers, E.E. Goodrich and Charles Goodrich, both of Konawa; Ralph Goodrich of Bakersfield, CA and Jack Goodrich of Abilene, TX;rnrngrandchildren, Terence Goodrich of Denver, CO, Nicole Ortega, Alexandra Ortega and Jeffery Ortega all of Oklahoma City and Ronnie Ortega of Denver, CO.rnrnHe was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters, Ada Marvelli, Mary Clark and Wanda Williams. rn rnFuneral services will be held on Friday, April 25, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Swearingen Funeral Chapel in Konawa with Pastor Drew Isaacs offciating.rnrnBurial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.rnrnServices are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Konawa.
