Kyligh Nicole Rumbaugh Kyligh Nicole Rumbaugh, infant daughter of James Franklin Rumbaugh III and Ashley Nicole Sanchez, passed away Friday, July 24, 2009 at her home in Maud, Oklahoma.  Kyligh was born on June 9, 2009 Shawnee, Oklahoma. Kyligh is survived by her parents James and Ashley of Maud, Oklahoma, grandparents, Roy Sanchez of Chickasha, Oklahoma and Marian Gholson of Siler City, North Carolina, James Rumbaugh, Jr. of Maud, Oklahoma and Debra Evans of Prague, Oklahoma. Graveside services will be held, 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at Cummings Cemetery in Maud, Oklahoma with Chris Stinnett officiating. Jacob Kestler and Cody Williams will be casket bearers and Travis Palmer and Jack McClanahan will be honorary bearers.
