Katie Harjo

Longtime Seminole County resident, Katie "Louise" Tiger Harjo passed away Sunday, September 17, 2006 at the age of 76. She was born on May 31, 1930 in Holdenville, Oklahoma to Eunah and Lillian (Foster) Tiger. rnrnShe married Amond Harjo of Konawa, Oklahoma and together they had ten children. She was a homemaker. rnrnShe is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two grandsons, Mark Harjo and Juston Bondoni, and one brother, William "Sonny" Tiger.rnrnShe is survived by five daughters and sons-in-law and five sons and daughters-in-law; Ruth and Lindsey Bondoni of McLoud, Oklahoma, Jamie and Hoby Hawkins of Maud, Oklahoma, Kim and Gerald Harjo of Seminole, Oklahoma, Justine and Ross Crowl of Seminole, Oklahoma, Clarissa Cole of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Russell and Susan Harjo of Claremore, Oklahoma, Keith Harjo of Konawa, Oklahoma, Darby and Gail Harjo of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Damond Harjo of Konawa, Oklahoma, and Randall "Bo" Harjo of Konawa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by one sister; Katie Lou Wood of Shawnee, Oklahoma, twenty-three grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and two more great grandchildren to be born soon. rnrnPallbearers will be; Brian Fixico, Shawn Fixico, Jordan Fixico, Chad Cole, Jim Bob Sandfur, Michael Crowl. Honorary Bearers will be; Chase Cole, Brandon Harjo, Brent Harjo, Lindsey Bondoni and Theron Bondoni.rnrnFuneral Services are scheduled for 2:00pm, Wednesday, September 20, at the Spring Baptist Church in Sasakwa, Oklahoma with Frank Moppin officiating.
