Kathi Shaw, longtime Seminole resident died, Tuesday , November 27, 2007 at her home at the age of 54. She was born November 6, 1953 in Los Banos, California to parents, John William and Eunice (Wiley) Stanfill. rnrnKathi was a lifelong Seminole resident and attended Seminole Public Schools and graduating from Seminole High School. She later received her Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education in 2002. She was a longtime member of the Church of Christ in Seminole, as member of the East Central Chapter of B.A.C.A.( Bikers Against Child Abuse), part of the National Highway Watch Program That watched for any terrorist activity while truck driving. She was a member of the National Honor Society for Educators. Kathi, was Co-Owner of Shaw Trucking and was and active truck driver. rnrnKathi, married Michael Shaw in Fayetteville, Arkansas on March 16, 1996.rnrnShe is Preceded in death by her parents John and Eunice Stanfill.rnrnKathi is survived by her Husband, Michael Shaw of Seminole, Oklahoma., one daughter, Deidre Marie Northrip of Seminole, two sons, Haydon Christopher Bryant of Seminole, Oklahoma and Houston Craig Nunnelley of Iowa. Five brothers, John Stanfill, Jr. of Idaho, James Stanfill of Shawnee, Okla., David Stanfill of Woodward, Okla., Roger and Randy Stanfill both of Arkansas. Four sisters, Joyce Benn, Gina Marshall and Pamela Stanfill all of Seminole, Oklahoma and Ramona Stanfill of Idaho. Also survived by 8 grandchildren.rnrnServices are planned for Saturday, December 1, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church in Seminole, located at 420 Reid Street, with Chris Stinnett officiating.rnburial will follow at Little Cemetery , North of Seminole.rnrnViewing will be Friday, November 30, 2007 only, at Swearingen Funeral Home from 8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
