Judy Marlene (Watkins) Loftis, age 66 and a resident of Konawa, Oklahoma, passed away at her home. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Konawa. Rev. Drew Isaacs will officiate, and burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemtery. Casket bearers are Willie Livesay, Chris McHaney, Clayton Palmer, Johnny Lewis, Tommy Lewis, and Exavier Watkins. Honorary bearers are Curtis Cunningham, Beau Sneed, Chris Watkins, Gary Watkins, and Derick Watkins. Judy was born February 27, 1953 in Bakersfield, California to Bane Watkins and Addie “Oneta” (Norman) Watkins. Judy had a love for animals, and she loved to fish, go camping, and arrowhead hunting, and to care for her flower gardens. She attended the Assembly of God Church of Sasakwa. She attended Sasakwa School and Gordon Cooper Vo-Tech in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She also studied horticulture at college in Bakersfield. She had a variety of different jobs throughout her life. Judy was immensely proud of her family. She would do anything for anyone, and she did her best to help anyone that she could. She is survived by one son, Timothy “Zane” Watkins of Konawa; one daughter, Athena Boutte of Oklahoma City; one step-daughter, Rena Nail of Sasakwa, Oklahoma; one brother, Bane Watkins and wife, Shirley of Ada, Oklahoma; four sisters, Gloria Norman and husband, Dwayne of Eufaula, Oklahoma, Phyllis Watkins of Francis, Oklahoma, Shirley Transue of Wewoka, Oklahoma, and Billie Ann Watkins of Ada; eight grandchildren, Clayton, Cydney, C.J., Cerissa, Exavier, Hannah, Nathan, and Haven; four great grandchildren, Gabriel, Della, Ethan, and Evangeline.
