Juanita Bell (Jackson) Lively, 88 year-old, lifelong Seminole County resident passed from this life Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at Solara Hospital in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She was born June 27, 1921 in Seminole County, Oklahoma to parents Tom Jackson and Mattie (Mosbey) Jackson. Juanita attended Carr City School near Maud, Oklahoma. She was also a member of the Seminole First Assembly of God Church. She married Charles William “Bill” Lively on August 31, 1940 in Seminole, Oklahoma he preceded her in death on March 1, 1995. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Anita and Dennis Harviston of Seminole, Oklahoma; one brother, Fred Jackson of North folk, Virginia; one sister, Mary Baxter of Moore, Oklahoma; six grandchildren and several grandchildren as well as a host of other family and dear friends. Her parents; husband, Charles William “Bill” Lively; one son, Stanford Lee “Stan” Lively; four brothers and two sisters precede Juanita in death. Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 23, 2009 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole. With Rev. Doyle Long will officiating the service. Interment will follow at Little Cemetery north of Seminole. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole.
