Juanita (Buck) Chupco, 80 year-old, lifelong Seminole resident passed from this life Monday, June 1, 2009 at her home in Seminole, Oklahoma. She was born October 4, 1928 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to parents Marchee Buck and Lucy (Coker) Buck. Rev. C.W. Kinney baptized Juanita on September 12, 1941.rnrnShe married Louis Chupco on May 1, 1993 at the Wewoka Indian Baptist Church. He preceded her in death on February 25, 2001.rnrnMrs. Chupco was a homemaker and a member of the Little Quarsarty Baptist Church in Cromwell, Oklahoma.rnrnSurvivors include five sons, Joseph, David, Ricky and Terry Chupco all of Seminole, Oklahoma and Tommy Chupco of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; five daughters, Shirley Proctor of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, June Billie of Seminole, Oklahoma, Dorothy Chupco of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, Wanda Fox of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and DeAnn Pierce of Moore, Oklahoma; three sisters, Martha Fairbanks of Earlsboro, Oklahoma, Ruby Coffman of Tecumseh, Oklahoma and Sylvia Taylor of Wewoka, Oklahoma; 23 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and a host of other dear family and friends.rnrnShe is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Louis Chupco; two brothers, Jimmie Lena, Sr. and David Buck; three sisters, Wanda Buck, Betty Lena and Edna Miller; and by one grandson, Joe Chupco.rnrnFuneral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 5, 2009 at Little Quarsarty Church in Cromwell. Interment will follow at the Church Cemetery. Fred Lindsey and Eddie Joe Lindsey will officiate the service.rnrnA wake service will be held Wednesday evening, June 3, 2009 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel at 6:30 p.m.; the body will be taken to the Church Thursday, June 4, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. and a wake service will be held at 7:00 p.m. at Little Quarsarty Baptist Church in Cromwell.rnrnCasket Bearers will be: Walter Pierce, Ringo Garza, Lester Billie, Sr., Russell Wood, Jay Lena, Douglas Vreeland, Sr. and Bryan Harjo.rnrnHonorary Bearers will be: Todd Maples, Robert Leitka, Barbara Berryhill and Carolyn Fish.rnrnFuneral Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home ?
