Joshua Keys

A Memorial Service is scheduled for Shawnee , Oklahoma resident Joshua Dewayne Keys, age 29. Joshua lived most of his life in Pottawatomie County and had attended schools in Shawnee and Texas .  He was a proud member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. Joshua is survived by parents, Ricky and his wife Loretta Keys and Janelle Howell and her husband James Seckell all of Shawnee , Oklahoma .  He is also survived by four children, Nikki, Jayden, Hayden and Baylee all of Shawnee, Oklahoma; two brothers Wesley Howell of Texas, Jesse Keys of Shawnee, Oklahoma and step brother Bobby Harris of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  His grandparents Nell and Gene McCalip of Tecumseh, Oklahoma and Juanita Dees of Shawnee, Oklahoma as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by on child Jacoby Wright. Memorial services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 10, 2012 at the Citizen Potawatomi Nation South Reunion Hall located at 1702 South Gordon Cooper Drive (Just South of Firelake Grocery) in Shawnee , Oklahoma .  Burial will be at Little Cemetery.  Wendell Johnson will officiate the service. Flowers and plants may be delivered to the Reunion Hall before the Memorial Service starting at 11:00 a.m. on Friday prior to the 2:00 p.m. Memorial. The Memorial Service is under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma .
