Josh Howell

Josh Kevin Howell, 29 year old Maud, Oklahoma resident, passed from this life on September 4, 2015 in Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma.  He was born May 15, 1986 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to parents, Karen Elaine (Diamond) Howell and Mark Kevin Howell. Josh attended Butner Public School and went on to work for McCoy Tree Service. Survivors include one son, Steiger Diamond Howell of Moore, Oklahoma; two brothers, Dylan Thomas of Maud, Oklahoma, Cody Howell of Maud, Oklahoma; one sister, Autumn Thomas of Maud, Oklahoma; his father and step-mother, Mark Howell and Teresa Howell of Seminole, Oklahoma; the mother of his son, Amanda Little of Moore, Oklahoma; and a host of other family and dear friends. Josh was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Elaine (Diamond) Thomas who died in September of 2009.  He was also preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Monday, September 14, 2015 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma.  Interment will follow at Little Cemetery with Rev. Carl Whitfield officiating the service. Casket Bearers will be: Jacob Kestler, Marshall Turnbow, Cody Williams, Jesse Siqueiros, Tommy Finch and Kevin McCulley.
