Joseph Osborne, 54 August 21, 1962 - January 31, 2017 Joseph Donald "Joe" Osborne, 54 year old Seminole resident, passed away January 31, 2017 in Seminole Oklahoma. Jose was born August 21, 1962 in Fresno, California  to parents, Donald Silva Osborne and Cindy Pearl (Carson) Osborne. Joe worked in the oilfield and also as a roofer. Donald enjoyed watching OU football games, fishing, cookouts and family gatherings and watchingS his grandchildren play ball. Joe is survived by his wife, Carolyn West Osborne of Seminole, Oklahoma, his mother Cindy Osborne, three sons, Nathan Silva of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Matthew Welch of Seminole, Oklahoma and Christon Welch of Wewoka, Oklahoma, brothers, Ron Silva and Jack Osborne, both of California and Dennis  Silva of Montana, sisters, Lisa Silva of California and Meme Osborne of Montana.  Eight grandchildren, Natalie Silva, Nakias Silva, Rodrick Welch, Adrian Clark, Karson Clark, Payten Clark, Audriana Wassana and Porter Wassana. Joe was preceded in death by his father, Donald Silva and his grandmother, Pearl Hicks. cremation services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
