She passed away on March 24, 2008 at OU Medical Center.rnrnShe is survived by her parents, Staci Lynn Permetter of Earlsboro and Alex Johnson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, one sister, Raven McClain of Earlsboro, Oklahoma, grandparents John Earl Permetter, Sr. and Marilyn of Earlsboro and great grandma Peggy Lindsey of Earlsboro.
