Longtime Seminole resident Johnson Bear passed away on Thursday, December 7, 2006 at the age of 59 in Seminole, Oklahoma.rnrnHe was born on December 14, 1946 in Seminole, Oklahoma to Porter and Venis (Edwards) Bear, Sr.rnrnHe retired from Koch Gathering Company in 1991 where he was a pipeline inspector. He was a member of Snake Creek Baptist Church.rnrnJohnson is survived by daughter, Lisa Bear Duello of Seminole and son Roman Bear of Seminole, three brothers; Wiley Bear of Mississippi, Porter Bear Jr. of Seminole, and Ronald Bear of Stillwater, three sisters; Nora Lefthand of Seminole, Dora Haney of Shawnee, and Alice Matthews of Denison, Texas. Five grandchildren also survive him: Jake Thorpe, Zayne Thorpe, Dominique Bear, Joe Bear Duello, and Ayita Smith.rnrnA wake service will be held at the family home on Friday December 08, 2006.rnrnGraveside Services will be held at the Bear Family Cemetery on Saturday, December 9, 2006 at 10:00 am with John Fixico officiating. rnrnPallbearers will be: Sean Lefthand, Mike Bear, Justine Boone. Tracey Haney and Ryan Bear.rnrnHonorary Bearers will be: Porter Bear Jr., Ron Gene Bear, James Duello, Packie and Stacey Haney, Pork Haney, and Kyle Larney.rn Funeral Information: December 8, 2006, 10:00 AM
