John Shull

John Phillip Shull, Bowlegs, Oklahoma resident, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the age of 74. John was born January 30, 1943 in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents Cecil Alvin Shull and Myrtle Ruth (Stealey) Shull. John graduated from Bowlegs High School in 1961. John was married to Judith Ann Teltow. He worked in the oilfield for Joe Mills and attended First Baptist Church of Bowlegs. John is survived by his spouse Judith “Judy” Shull of the home; one son, John Darren Shull of Seminole, Oklahoma; two daughters, Victoria Ann Knox and her husband Tony of Wewoka, Oklahoma, Misty Lemmings and her husband Ray of Konawa, Oklahoma; seven step-children; one brother, Jim Shull and his wife Susan of Edmond, Oklahoma; Eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. John was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Myrtle Shull. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Little, Oklahoma with Rev. Bill Chesser officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home of Seminole, Oklahoma.
