John Dexter Roberts

John Dexter “ Dex” Roberts, Jr., 51, Seminole resident, died November 8, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at St. Johns Hospital. Dex was born May 7, 1966 in Lake Charles, Louisiana, where he grew up. Dex was a High Volume Technician at Enviro Systems ( Zodiac Aerospace) in Seminole, Oklahoma, where he built galley chillers for Boeing 747 Dreamliner’s. Dex loved Mountain Biking, was a survivalist and had his handgun conceal and carry license. Dex is survived by his father Jimmie Goodson of Seminole, Oklahoma, three brothers Stephen Goodson and his wife Gena of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Tony Bluford of Tulsa, Oklahoma, W.C. “ Dub” Hunt and his wife Jan of Mounds, Oklahoma, and all his friends and family at Enviro Systems. He was preceded in death by his mother, Janie Janice Goodman and a brother Robert Joseph Goodson. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, November 18, 2017 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel, in Seminole, Oklahoma, with Rev. Carl Whitfield officiating.
