Seminole resident John L. Bird passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2009 in Seminole, Oklahoma at the age of 25. rnrnHe was born on June 8, 1983 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. rnrnHe graduated from Seminole High School in 2001. He served as a private in the United States Marine Corp. from 2004 until 2008. rnrnHe is survived by his grandmother, Karen Hughes of Seminole, Oklahoma and one brother, Stephen Bird of Ft. Huachuca, Arizona. He is also survived by several cousins uncles and other family and friends. rnrnA memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at the Swearingen Funeral Chapel with military honors. Rev.
