John Bartosh

John Earl Bartosh, 71 John Bartosh, a Seminole County resident, passed away at his home Saturday, June 11, 2011 at the age of 71. John was born, April 30, 1940 at Golden, Colorado to parents, Joseph Paul Bartosh and Alvaretta Feather Bartosh.  John moved to Seminole 26 years ago from Bailey, Colorado. John served in the United States Army earning the rank of SPEC. Prior to his retirement, John drove a propane truck. John married Joan Isabell Coates at Lakewood, Colorado on August 7, 1960. John possessed a love for his wife, Joan, their children and great grandchildren. Above  all he had a love for his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. John is survived by his wife of the home, Joan; two sons, Delbert J. Bartosh and his wife Teresa and Scott M. Bartosh all of Seminole, Oklahoma. He is also survived by three brothers; Joseph Bartosh, Charles Bartosh and Walter Bartosh all of Golden, Colorado. Two sisters also survive him, Esta Axtell of Golden, Colorado and Linda Watkins of Carthage, Missouri.  John is survived by six grandchildren; Garrett Bartosh, Heather Bartosh, Brian and his wife Becky Subelka, Jonathan and his wife Ange Bartosh. John is survived by 4 great grandchildren, Tahlor, Brayden, Tyler and Jeremy Bartosh. John was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Alvaretta Bartosh; one sister, Bertha Sheppard; two brothers-in-law, Tom Axtell and Jerry Watkins and one sister-in-law Darlene Jerome. Graveside service for John were held 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 12, 2011 at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, Seminole, Oklahoma.
