Joedy Dontae Huntley

Joedy Dontae Huntley passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 35.  Joedy was born on February 7, 1988 in Shawnee, OK to James Phillips and Ruby Lee Huntley.  Joedy spent most of his life in the Wewoka area.  He enjoyed music and spending time with his family.

Joedy is survived by his mother, Ruby Huntley of Wewoka; three sisters, Shawntae Huntley Nichols, and her husband, Billy of Oklahoma City, Shayla Huntley of Wewoka and Lakiesha Huntley of Wewoka and many other family and friends.

Joedy was preceded in death by his father, James Phillips; grandmother, Carrie Phillips and grandmother, Stella Huntley.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
