Joe Dean Smith, 73, Tecumseh resident died, Friday, June 20, 2014 in Tecumseh. Joe was born June 27, 1940 in Seminole County to Opal J. ( Porter) and Joe H. Smith. Joe was a longtime Seminole county resident. Joe was a truck driver and mechanic for Gilbert and Sons Trucking in Tecumseh, Oklahoma. He leaves behind many loving family members and friends, who will miss him dearly, Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the Little Cemetery. Officiating at the services will be Rev. Daryl Whitten. Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
