J.O. Wilson, longtime Oklahoma City resident, died Thursday, November 30, 2006, at Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of 81. rnHe was born on February 23, 1925 in Wewoka, OK to S.J. & Emmie (Lewis) Wilson. He married Joyce Katherine (Star) on December 9, 1949 in Asher, OK.rnJ.O. ran mules teams in the logging fields and was a self-emlployed tree trimmer.rnHe is survived by three sons, Jerry Dean Wilson, Clovis Wilson and Kenny Wilson & his wife Karen; one daughter, Annette Raney & her husband Daniel; one sister, Lorene Green; two half-brothers, Henry & Jesse Wilson; three half-sisters, Mae Ranells, Dorothy Nall and Geraldine; four grandchildren, Teddy Dean Wilson and his wife Kelly; Enright Richie Wilson & his wife Chevon, Michael David Wilson and his wife Jackie and Russell Dean Wilson; seven great grandchildren, Tyler Dean Wilson, Chase Lee Wilson, Jaydee Dawn Nichols, Collin David Wilson, Austin Lee Wilson, Bryanna Katherine Wilson and Harley Danielle Wilson and a host of other family and friends.rnHe was preceded in death by his parents; wife Joyce Wilson in November 2001 and one brother, Frank Wilson.rnGraveside services will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2006, at 2:00 P.M. at Vista Cemetery west of Konawa.
