Jo Anna Culver,76 Jo Anna Culver, Seminole resident passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2013 in Seminole, Oklahoma at the age of 76. Jo Anna was born February 10, 1936 in Ada, Oklahoma to parents, Virgil Eugene Pritchard and Ruby Geraldine (Robinson) Pritchard. Jo Anna received her Master’s degree and was a retired educator. She taught 2nd grade at the New Lima School system. She was of the Christian faith and a member of the First Christian Church of Seminole. She married Billy Gene Culver who preceded her in death in 1977. Jo Anna is survived by three sons; Bill Culver of Miami, Oklahoma, Ron Culver of Laramie, Wyoming, Alan Culver of Castle Rock, Colorado and one daughter, Suzan Franklin of Indianapolis, Indiana. She is also survived by one brother, Jerry Pritchard of Claremore, Oklahoma, nine grandchildren; Christine Walker, Meri Page, Lori Tomlin, Katherine Culver, Maura Culver, Renee Lytle, Amber Graham, Megan Culver, Brandi Franklin. Jo Anna was preceded in death by her husband Billy Gene Culver Funeral services will be held: 2:30, Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Glen Pence officiating. Burial will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery, Seminole, Oklahoma. In Lieu of flowers, send donations to the Oklahoma Heart Research. Family members will serve as casket bearers.
