Jimmy Ray Dorrough, 71 year-old, longtime Saint Louis, Oklahoma resident passed from this life Wednesday, February 3, 2010 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born July 5, 1939 in Paris, Arkansas to parents Rasmas Ray Dorrough and Cornelia Claudette (Rogers) Dorrough. Jimmy owned and operated the Saint Louis Salvage from 1977 until he sold the business in 2004. He has owned and operated Tri-County Salvage in Byers, Oklahoma for the past three years. Jimmy is survived by his companion, Barbara Lindecamp of the home; three sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy Jack Dorrough and his wife Rebecca of Kinppa, Texas, William Ray “Will” Dorrough of Saint Louis, Oklahoma and Beau Dorrough and his wife Misty of Tecumseh, Oklahoma; two daughter and a son-in-law, Denise Ensey and her husband Gary of Rush Springs, Oklahoma and Shawna Etchieson of Shawnee, Oklahoma; seven brothers, Ralph Dorrough, Dwain Pitts, Jerry Dorrough all of Saint Louis, Oklahoma, Jake Dorrough of Wolf, Oklahoma, Steve Pitts of Maud, Oklahoma, Danny Dorrough and Kenny Dorrough both of Abilene, Texas; three sisters, Genevive Dorrough, Cathy Dorrough and Linda Dorrough all of Abilene, Texas; 9 grandchildren and a host of other family and dear friends. Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents; one son, Matthew David Dorrough and by two sisters, Maxine and Barbara Dorrough. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 6, 2010 at Saint Louis First Baptist Church in Saint Louis, Oklahoma. Interment will be at Cummings Cemetery in Maud, Oklahoma. Brother Glenn Peck will officiate the service. Casket Bearers will be: Shane Stidham, William Johnson, Jake Dorrough, Jason Dorrough, Mike White and Tommy Monk.
