Jim McNeill

Jim Edward McNeill, 55 year-old, lifelong Seminole County resident passed from this life Saturday, May 19, 2012 in a motorcycle accident northwest of Seminole.  He was born August 9, 1956 in Seminole, Oklahoma to parents Charles Edward McNeill and Daisy Violet (Vincent) McNeill. Jim graduated from Seminole High School in 1974.  He was currently working for Stewart’s Wholesale located in Earlsboro, Oklahoma.  Jim married Sherry Lee (McClahan) McNeill on October 2, 1987 in Seminole, Oklahoma. Survivors include his wife of almost 25 years Sherry McNeill of the home; two daughters, Natosha Trammell and her husband Jimmie of Seminole County, Oklahoma and Michelle Nunn and her husband Danny of Marlow, Oklahoma; four brothers, Charles McNeill of Washington, Oklahoma, Gib McNeill of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Vince McNeill of Seminole, Oklahoma, James McNeill of Wewoka, Oklahoma; one sister, Betty Shannon of Prague, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren and a host of other family and dear friends. Jim is preceded in death by his parents and by one stepdaughter, Jamie King. The family has requested that donations be sent to Swearingen Funeral Home 1001 North Milt Phillips Ave. Seminole, OK 74868 in memory of Jim McNeill.
