Jerome James “ Charlie” Warledo, 59, of Wewoka, Oklahoma died Sunday, May 26, 2013 at Holdenville General Hospital. He was born July 30, 1953 in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Johnson and Betty Jo ( Ahaisse) Warledo. Charlie was a retired self-employed tile contractor. Charlie was a member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, the Tusekia Harjo Band, and a stomp dancer. He is survived by a son, Timothy Coachman, of Wetumka, Oklahoma and a daughter Tafv Coachman of Wetumka, Oklahoma. He is also survived by five brothers, Thomas Ahaisse of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Gerald Warledo of Poteau, Oklahoma, Leslie Warledo of Sterling, Colorado, Darrell Warledo of Wichita, Kansas, and Johnson Warledo of Wewoka, Oklahoma; three sisters Reba J. Flute of Apache, Oklahoma, Rita Warledo of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Frieda Warledo of Norman, Oklahoma, three grandchildren Sutv Morrison, Carmella Coachman and Lucero Ramirez. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Marie Coachman, father, Johnson Warledo, mother Betty Ahaisse, sister Phyllis Warledo, Nita Warledo and brothers Leo Warledo and Jason Warledo. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday June 1, 2013 at the Hitchitee Methodist Church with Ted Underwood and Lewis Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery. A night service will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2013 from 6 to 7 P.M. at the Swearingen Funeral Chapel. Wake services will be held at the church on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. Casket bearers will be Montque McGirt, Devon Kishketon, Jonathon Sweetston, Marty Warledo, Fous Ahaisse. Honorary bearers will be Evan Haney, Vincent Riley, Bruce Harjo, Nathan Harjo, Eric Tholocco and Lucas Warledo. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
