Longtime Seminole resident Jeannie Fowler passed away on November 2, 2009 in Seminole, Oklahoma at the age of 59. She was born on December 12, 1949 in Casa Grande, Arizona to Thomas Laborn and Rachel Lydia (Knight) Fowler. She worked at the Seminole Bus Station and Bowlegs Café, she was also a homemaker. She leaves to cherish her memories three daughters and sons-in-law: Linda Bridges-Choate and husband Randy of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Chelle Bridges-Wells and husband Richard of Fresno, California and Judy Fowler-Aradoz and husband David of Seminole, one brother, Bruce Fowler and four sisters, Toni “Tomalee” Spice of Lewisburg, Ohio, Shirley Barnes of Nevada, Missouri, Sandy Barnes of Santa Clara, California and Beth Nicholson of Vancouver, Washington. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; Jennifer, Kayla and Christopher Choate, Lindsay Bridges-Constant, Jasmine Majdali and McKinzie and Chase Aradoz, she is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends. She is preceded in death by; her parents, Thomas and Rachel Fowler and brothers, Charles “ Rudy” Fowler, Jimmy Fowler, Jerry “Pete” Fowler and Jack Fowler and sister, LaVerne Dabbs. A memorial service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 7, 2009 at the Swearingen Funeral Chapel. Final resting place will be at Little Cemetery.
