Jane Calger

Jane Calger, 53 year-old, longtime Seminole resident passed from this life Thursday, November 22, 2012 at her home in Seminole.  She was born February 10, 1959 in Lawton, Oklahoma to parents Acie Calger and Velma (Barker) Calger. Jane graduated from Pleasant Grove High School.  She later worked as a manager at Braum’s and then as a Home Health Provider at ONHL. Survivors include two sons, Andrew Beaty and Cashe Beaty both of Seminole, Oklahoma; two brothers, Jim Calger and Donnie Calger both of Eufaula, Oklahoma; nine sisters, Peggy Bebout of Wayne, Oklahoma, Marilyn Ranes of Washington, Oklahoma, Wanda Sturmon of Purcell, Oklahoma, Shirley Beaty of Wieks, Arkansas, Sue Harrison of Holdenville, Oklahoma, Judy Calger of Seminole, Oklahoma, Berta Harris of Seminole, Oklahoma and Barbara Townsend of Purcell, Oklahoma; one grandson, Michael Walker and a host of other family and dear friends. Jane was preceded in death by her parents and by four brothers, Harold Calger, Ricky Calger, Ralph Calger and Danny Calger. Cremation services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma. Private family services will be held at a later date. Funeral Information: November 23, 2012, 10:00 AM
