James Allgood

James Harold Allgood, 77, Maud, Oklahoma resident, died Sunday, August 5, 2018 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. James was born July 30, 1941 in Sasakwa, Oklahoma to Jess Allgood and Fannie (Mars) Allgood. James worked mostly as a roustabout in the Seminole Oilfields and did some farm work. He loved to collect and sell used items, he loved western movies, setting outside, he loved to go fishing, cooking out, and camping. James attended school in Vamoosa. James married Mary Ann (Harjo) Allgood on November 14, 1969 in Ada, Oklahoma. He was survived by his wife Mary Allgood of the home in Maud, Oklahoma, two sons Michael Allgood and his wife Laurie and Benny Sanford and his wife Consuelo, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday August 8, 2018 at the Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma.
