Jacqueline Ann "Jackie" Smith, 53, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2006 in Seminole. She was born June 27, 1953 in St. Johns, Newfoundland to Jack Gill and Florence (Oke) Williamson.rnrnShe had worked for 23 years in the payroll department at Rose State College in Midwest City.
