Jackie Ray Cline

Jackie Ray Cline, 89, longtime Seminole County resident, passed from this life on Friday, December 29, 2023 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Jackie was born on September 21, 1934 in Seminole County to Donald Cline and Twilla (Fry) Cline.

Jackie married Susie Elaine (Snowden) Cline on February 18, 1956 in Seminole, Oklahoma, Mrs. Cline preceded Jackie in death on November 10, 2020.

Jackie served his country in the United State Army from 1954 to 1955 and attained the rank of Sergeant, after his time in the military Jackie was a Furniture Salesman at Evans Home Furnishings.

Jackie is survived by his daughter Pamela Chesser and her husband Kevin of McLoud, Oklahoma, three grandchildren; Casey Chesser and his wife Nichole of Bixby, Oklahoma, Brianne Adams and her husband Brandon of McLoud, Oklahoma and Daisha Barkhimer and her husband Seth of Wewoka, Oklahoma, seven great grandchildren; Talan Chesser, Ryker Chesser, Addison Adams, Brooke Adams, Tinley Barkhimer, Quin Barkhimer and Leighton Barkhimer.

Jackie was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Elaine, his daughter Katharine, two brothers, four sisters, two nieces and four nephews.

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at the Little Cemetery North of Seminole, Oklahoma, with Dan Fredman officiating at the service.

Casket bearers will be Casey Chesser, Brandon Adams, Seth Barkhimer, Talan Chesser, Bill Paxton, Richard Cline. Honorary bearers will be Tony Perry and Dwain Brookshier.

Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma is in charge of funeral arrangements.
