Imogene (Fixico) Drapeau, age 74, passed away November 26, 2020 in Ada, Oklahoma. She was born July 23, 1946 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to parents Joe Fixico and Annie (Harjo) Fixico. She was a high school graduate and attended two years of college. She married Kenneth Drapeau in February of 1969 in Ada, Oklahoma. Imogene worked as an administrative assistant for the Indian Health Service.
Imogene is survived by her husband Kenneth “Kenny” Drapeau of Ada, Oklahoma, daughters; Kelly Drapeau and Vanessa Frazier and her husband Ronald, all of Ada, Oklahoma, brother; Tony Fixico of Seminole, Oklahoma, sisters; Emma Nancy Lowe of Spaulding, Oklahoma, Madeline & Leo Tiger of Seminole, Oklahoma, Jennie Fixico of Seminole, Oklahoma, Betty Joe Fixico of Seminole, Oklahoma and Tracy Rogers and Tim of Seminole, Oklahoma, grandchildren; Karrington Drapeau, Jeremy Drapeau, Lonnie Drapeau and Maleah Drapeau-Frazier, great grandchildren; Kason Drapeau, Zimrie Veales, Zaylon Drapeau-Frazier, Koree Drapeau, Gemory Drapeau and Zarina Poafpybitty and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; Joe & Annie Fixico, her grandparents; Robert & Jowina Reed, grandson; Garrett Drapeau and her brother; Jeff Fixico.
Private funeral services are planned for Imogene.
Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
