Herbert Conyers

Herbert Rustin “PeeWee” Conyers, 67 year old Seminole, Oklahoma resident, passed from this life on Monday, October 2, 2017 at his home in Seminole. He was born October 16, 1949 in Charleston, South Carolina to parents Mozell Conyers and Mary Conyers. He worked as a full-service gas station attendant for the Exxon gas station. He had also worked as a welder for Independent Tank in Seminole. Peewee also owned his own lawn service business. PeeWee loved to watch movies, play card games, dominoes and do yard work. Survivors include one brother, Bud Conyers of Fort Worth, Texas, two sisters, Barbara Jean Nelson of Seminole, Oklahoma and Ann Cogburn of Garland, Texas. PeeWee is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews and dear friends. PeeWee was preceded in death by his father, Mozell Conyers, mother, Mary Muncy, his wife Brenda Conyers, one brother, Preston Conyers and by one niece, Mitsy Smith. Memorial services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 1, 2017 at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole, Oklahoma with Jimmy Moreland officiating the service. Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
